Emma J. Neynens
Emma is an Associate lawyer whose practice is focused in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and immigration. Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, she is practicing in the English language and is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, and the Canadian Bar Association.
Emma holds a B.Sc. and J.D. from Dalhousie University. She received her Certificate in Public International Law from Queen’s University and a Certificate in Post-Conflict Transitions and International Justice with Distinction from the International Peace and Security Institute. During her time at law school, Emma was awarded the Schulich Scholarship in Law and the Clifford Rae Achievement Award. Emma participated in an immigration law project with Pro Bono Students Canada and volunteered as a literacy tutor for international students.
Emma enjoys travelling and her hobbies include yoga, painting, and reading.
